Tinsel is 2.5" and made from vintage long pile velvet in oyster and blue .He wears a silver metallic lace ruffle and pearls down his front and sits on a base with a very pretty Victorian ornament made from tinsel ,pearls and blue glass balls.Weighted .One only .Adopted
