Autumn Frolics

Autumn Frolics . Two little 2.5 inch elves and two fairies dance around a lovely toadstool covered in silk with fresh water pearls as spots .All are dressed differently using all the wonderful colours of Autumn .All bears have onyx eyes and are weighted , the elves have felt hats and the faires acorn cap hats . Ribbons are used as streamers for the bears to dance around the toadstool .

Bramble is a tiny 1.5 inch bear made from vintage casmere and rayon .She has onyx eyes She sits on her very own hand made chair with blackberry vine growing around the top .

Maggie is a 2inch orange fairy made from vintage velvet and rayon .She has onyx eyes and a soft petal skirt and tiny wings .She stand on a base with vintage orange velvet berries. Weighted .One only

Tink is a 2inch grey bear made from vintage cashmere with onyx eyes .He has an open mouth and really looks as if he is laughing .He has a bright ruffle and matching hat . He has bent legs so prefers to sit .

Elfin Rider on Red Squirrel

This lovely red squirrel is 4 inches long and 3 inches tall and made from vintage long pile velvet with onyx eyes . It has a felt saddle and tiny acorn panniers with tiny toadstools and leaves in it . He has a mohair tail .
On his back is a 2 inch elf made from vintage velvet with felt hat and waistcoat in russets and oranges and gold . Weighted .One only

Mrs Bunnykins

Mrs Bunnykins is a 2.5 inch chocolate coloured rabbit made from vintage long pile fabric with onyx eyes She wears a dress and apron and shawl with tiny brooch .On her head she wears a mob cap.
She is pushing an acorn pram with a tiny baby bunny inside ,the baby does not come out of the pram.

Pippa is a 2.5 inch bear made from vintage long pile velvet with onyx eyes . Her fairy outfit is made from twinkly organza and silk in a gorgeous deep brown ,she has an acorn cap as a hat with swarovski crystals .She is flying on her very own wired felt leaf .

Lavinia is a 2.5 inch gold bear made from vintage long pile velvet .She has onyx eyes .She wears a beautiful hand knitted jacket with lace collar and ribbon tie .

Miss Cinnamon is a 2.5 inch bear made from vintage long pile velvet with onyx eyes . She has a silk skirt and her hat is trimmed with vintage feathers and gold trimmed tiny ribbon roses. Sits on a base with a posy of vintage velvet flowers .Weighted .One only

Saffron is an Autumn pixie ,he is 2.5 inches tall . He has onyx eyes .His pixie hat is trimmed with a bell ,he carries an acorn cap over his shoulder filled with tiny toadstools which you can just about see in the photos ..Love the orange / russet / and blackberry colours of his outfit !

Rusty is a 2 inch bear made from vintage long pile fabric with onyx eyes .He has bent legs and sits in his wooden cart with a couple of pumpkins .He has a hand knitted scarf and a blue hat .

Tabs is a 2.25inch pale gold bear made from vintage long pile velvet and long pile velvet with onyx eyes and an embroidered nose.She is dressing up for Halloween and has a very pretty costume in lilac with a lilac witches hat and a lilac and lime sparkly net skirt .She is not attatched to Spooky her cat toy on wheels who has green glass eyes and is made from vintage long pile velvet with a fluffy black mohair tail .Spooky is not jointed . Spooky is 2.25 inches from his feet to the top of his head .

These four little "Peaches " have gone off to Teddy Bears of Witney today . I have designed two bears for the catalogue this time .Little Finlay who you can just about see on the left will be following shortly .

Lovely day at Hugglets !

Had a lovely day at Hugglets yesterday .
It was great to see everyone ,the day seemed to go so quickly .
I forgot to take a picture of my stand unfortunately but here are a few pictures of some of the bears who found new homes ,thank you to everyone who came .

Nearly ready for the Hugglets show in London this Sunday 11th September .This is a wonderful show to visit ,bears in all shapes and sizes , old and new .

Tommy is a 2 inch clown made from pink and green long pile fabric with onyx eyes .He is riding in his very cute turtle car made from felt with sequin trim and google eyes .He can hop out whenever he feels like it .Can you spot the tiny snail in the photo ?
