" Lets go a Maying "

I have been busy making this special piece , inspired by a 1925 magazine for organizing parties of the time .
" Lets go a Maying " has 5 little bears dressed in costumes holding their silk ribbons and dancing round a flower covered Maypole.They are 2.5 inches tall ,two are butterflies , two are flower fairies and a bee !

Australian Bear Creations Magazine

A little while ago I was delighted to find out I had been nominated twice in the dressed and undressed miniature catagorys of the ABC awards with the two bears pictured here .
Dandylion in the dressed catagory and Valentina in the undressed section .Both are just 2 inches tall.
The magazine has now been published and I am awaiting my copy .
